I see these pages as a virtual house where guests are always welcome.  I have created these pages because I enjoy working on my PC, its peripheries and my camera.  The political pages are a manifestation of my position, my opinions and my desires.  On these text pages, I can express my ideas and imagination.

I assume there will always be people who will complain about something or who will criticize public issues.  Therefore I suggest the following:  Just continue surfing.  I’m not going to stop you, but if you stay here:

I don’t expect that you share my political points of view or opinions.  If you don’t take a stand, you cannot gain agreement or provoke disagreement.  However, I would expect to be treated with tolerance just like you would like to be treated yourself.  Should you disagree with my opinions, I invite you to express your thoughts in my guest book.

The purpose of the political pages is to encourage the reader to reflect.  I have marked all texts and pictures that were not written by me as well as those quotations where the author is known. All texts are meant to be thought provoking and do not encourage any illegal activities.  I would be pleased if you did follow my train of thought but will not assume responsibility for any actions.  Ultimately, the responsibility lies with each individual who also has to accept the consequences of his/her actions.

In our view, address and telephone number are personal property. Telephone providers have recognized this and allow for the removal of telephone number and address from the telephone book. A law that dictates the publication of this private information in privately operated WebPages endangers those who use their right to freedom of expression; especially then, when the WebPages deal with political issues.

When I see the hateful e-mails that have been sent to us, I perceive this law as a gross impertinence and an endangerment of my family. For that reason we have decided to undermine the law and will not publish this personal information.

Ich sehe diese Seiten als ein virtuelles Haus an in das ich Gäste einladen kann. Gestaltet habe ich die Seiten aus Freude am Umgang mit dem PC, seiner Peripherie und meiner Kamera. Die politischen Seiten sind Ausdruck meiner Haltung, meiner Gedanken und Wünsche. Auf den Textseiten kann ich ebenfalls meine Ideen und Vorstellungen unterbringen.

Ich gehe davon aus, daß es immer Menschen gibt die irgend etwas zu bemäkeln haben oder die publizierten Dinge in Frage stellen. Ich schlage deshalb vor: Surfen Sie doch einfach weiter. Ich halte Sie nicht auf.  Wenn Sie aber hier bleiben:

Ich erwarte nicht, daß Sie meine politischen Standpunkte und Ansichten teilen. Wer sich nicht äußert kann weder Zustimmung noch Widerspruch hervorrufen. Ich erwarte aber die Toleranz die Sie selbst für sich von Anderen erwarten. Sollten Sie anderer Meinung sein können Sie die gern im Gästebuch zum Ausdruck bringen.

Die politischen Seiten sollen zum Nachdenken anregen. Texte und Bilder die nicht von mir verfaßt sind habe ich besonders gekennzeichnet, bzw. handelt es sich um Zitate deren Quelle benannt ist. Alle Texte sind als Denkmodelle anzusehen und  stellen keine Aufforderung zu einer Straftat dar. Nach unserer Auffassung  sind Anschrift und Telefonummer Privateigentum. Telefonanbieter haben das erkannt und gewähren die Möglichkeit die Rufnummer und Anschrift aus dem Telefonbuch entfernen zu lassen.

Ein Gesetz das die Veröffentlichung dieser Privatdaten bei privat betriebenen Webpages vorschreibt untergräbt das Recht auf freie Meinungsäußerung. Diese kann nicht mehr ungefährdet wahrgenommen werden, zumal wenn es sich um Webpages mit politischem Inhalt handelt.

Wenn ich die haßerfüllten Emails sichte die wir bekommen, empfinde ich das Gesetz als eine grobe Zumutung und als eine Gefährdung meiner Familie. Deshalb haben wir uns entschlossen das Gesetz zu unterlaufen und veröffentlichen diese Privatdaten nicht.
