Shrimps in Käsecreme

Also futtern tun wir ja
alle gern. Natürlich habe ich gestern zum x-ten Male den Vorsatz
gefasst abzunehmen. Deshalb, und weil ich so konsequent
(nicht) bin, möchte ich Ihnen 2 Rezepte vorstellen. Selbst
mehrfach erprobt. Absolut delicious und natürlich:
Kalorienreich. Beim Hauptgericht war ich so mit abschmecken
beschäftigt, dass ich vergessen habe zu fotografieren.
Beim Nachtisch hat’s dann geklappt. Da fand ich meine Kamera
zwischen den restlichen Nudeln wieder. Doch der Reihe nach. Es
ärgert mich immer wieder, dass die Nordamerikaner so total
einfallslos sind wenn’s ums Essen geht. Turkey, Turkey
und nochmal Turkey. Turkey zu Thanksgiving, zum Geburtstag, zu
Ostern, zu Weihnachten und zur New Years Night. Ich kann Turkey
schon nicht mehr sehen. Wahrscheinlich Turkeyallergie.
Deshalb, und weil ich grundsätzlich rechts abbiege, auch wenn
links dran steht (ist jetzt nicht politisch gemeint) hier mal
das andere Neujahrsessen:
Shrimps in Käsecreme
500 g Spaghetti, Knoblauch,
2 EL Olivenöl, 100 g Sahne,
200 ccm Milch, 400 g Frischkäse
mit Kräutern, Pfeffer, Salz,
500 g Shrimps, 3 EL Petersilie,
glatt
5 Portionen - 693 Kcal pro Portion, alles
zusammen dauert 30 Minuten., Shrimps
vorher auftauen, für 4 Personen, kinderlose
Ehepaare bitte halbieren
Kochen Sie die Spaghetti knackig. Hacken sie das
Knoblauch fein, aber passen Sie auf Ihre Finger auf. Es ist ein
Meeresfrüchtegericht, Fleischeinlagen sind unpassend.
Danach erhitzen Sie das Öl in einem Topf mittlerer Größe, und
rösten den Knoblauch. Fügen Sie Milch, Sahne und Frischkäse
hinzu und rühren, rühren, und nochmals rühren (Lenin),
eventuell noch ein bisschen Milch, bis es eine schöne Creme
wird. Jetzt nicht naschen sondern in einer Pfanne die
Shrimps anrösten. Nehmen sie geschälte aus der Tüte, sie
wollen ja später die Schalen nicht zwischen den Zähnen haben.
Fragen Sie ihre Frau ob die vielleicht inzwischen die
Petersilie hacken würde. Leichtere Arbeiten wo wenig
Intellekt gebraucht wird kann man durchaus delegieren.
Wenn Sie jetzt zur gleichen Zeit fertig sind kippen Sie die
Shrimps in die Creme, schütten die Petersilie drüber, rühren
vorsichtig um.
Ihre Frau darf nochmal aktiv werden und die Nudeln auftun. So
wie ein Vogelnest. Sie füllen dieses Nest mit den
Shrimps. Nehmen Sie nicht die Hände, sondern eine Soßenkelle.
Voilà, guten Appetit.

Update:
Eine unserer Leserinnen hat
uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der obige Rezepttext einige
sexistische, primitive und chauvinistische Einlassungen enthält. Wir
bedauern das sehr und entschuldigen uns bei allen Frauen und denen die
es noch werden wollen. Wir achten das weibliche Geschlecht wirklich.
WIRKLICH!. Wir bestätigen hier ausdrücklich, dass wir den
Geschlechtsgenossinnen der beschwerdeführenden Leserin auch zutrauen,
außer Petersilie noch Schnittlauch hacken zu können.
Vorsorglich entschuldigen wir uns auch bei der Petersilie, dass sie
gehackt werden musste und natürlich bei den Shrimps für die Hitze, in
die wir sie beim Zubereiten versetzt haben. Die Spaghetti haben wir in
voller Länge serviert, sie sind wieder die Einzigen, die Ungeschoren
davon kamen.
Außerdem entschuldigt sich Robin Renitent für seine aufwallenden
sexuellen Neujahrsbedürfnisse. Das sie von seiner Frau erwidert wurden
entschuldigt nichts. Gar Nichts!
